Uno 300capacity: 2000 tiles/8 hours building: 13x7 m - h=3 m installed power: 10kw Ideal for simple and well organized production. It is a robust machine with manual operations The aluminum pallets, separated from dry tiles, (picture 2), are oiled and pushed from back-side through the extrusion tooling. At the end of each stroke the tile is cut. All mechanisms are hand operated, including the hydraulic piston and the cutter. A simple mixer, (see ACCESOIRES), provides the mixture. It is a "multiprofile" machine: changing the extrusion head and the shape of pallets result new profiles. All Facial (cladding tiles) can be produced.
Uno 600capacity: 4000 tiles/8 hours building: 10x15 m - h=4 m chambers: 6x15 m - h=2.2 m installed power: 15kw Vortex Uno 600 has an automatic production cycle. Its extruder has a voluntary push-button to start the production cycle ending with the pneumatic cut. Its mixer, loaded with sand, cement and color, mixes automatically and feeds the extruder by a mix feeding conveyor. The remaining operations are similar to those of Uno 300. With this configuration, if required, the round cutting is possible. With a heat generator and all the pertinent apparatus in the curing chambers, the diary production can be doubled. The slurry and the acrylic units are optional.
Uno 900capacity: 6000 pieces/8 hours building: 25 x 12 m - h= 5 m chambers: 9x16 m - h=2.2 m installed power: 30 kw Vortex UNO900 suits a market demand of more than one million of tiles a year. Provided with automatic batching and mixing plant, it's an on-line automatic operation with depalleter, pallets feeder, oiler and extruder. All profiles can be made. The tile machine pushes the aluminum pallets from underneath and tiles are extruded and cut at exact size. Fresh tiles are manually loaded on racks for curing, cured tiles are unloaded on the depalleter conveyor: the aluminium pallets feeding the machine are separated from the dry tiles which are manually picked up and stacked. Sand, removed by a pivoting scraper, is weighed into the skip, cement is added manually by bags and then, when loaded into the mixer, are mixed with water and colour. The mix is discharged and fed, via a belt, to the extruder. With a boiler the daily double shifting is possible. When the daily roof tile production is of 12000 pieces, a Vortex Uno Mini/R machine is required to produce ridges.
Uno 1500capacity: 10000 pieces/8 hours building: 33 x 16 m - h= 5 m installed power: 60 kw The configuration of this line is the same of the one of Vortex Uno 900, but its capacity production is higher: 10000 tiles or more per shift. In fact, its extruder, more robust, has a higher output velocity up to 25tiles/min., and its batching and mixing plant is more automated, with a higher capacity. To suit the market request it is possible to add the slurry applicator on wet tiles or the acrylic applicator on dry tiles, the same flexibility is possible for packaging. Simply adding our fast curing system, this plant can work in two shifts, producing 12,000 tiles or more. The plant can be easily fully automated in a second step, according to the market demand. The Vortex Uno 1500 simplest configuration is the right answer for the ones that, disposing of labour work a low cost, need a high concrete roof tile production with a low investment. |
